Our mission

The Gethsemane Lutheran Children’s Ministry (GLCM) is designed to meet the needs of children through an inclusive preschool program that offers a variety of activities and expressions while providing an environment which emphasizes the basic Christian values of love, trust, peace, cooperation, and respect. GLCM is a safe and affirming environment that promotes acceptance of all children and families.

Birdie Brothers Golf Tournament

Each spring, the Birdie Brothers hold an annual fun-raising golf tournament for the benefit of Gethsemane Lutheran Children’s Ministry. Through the Birdie Brother’s hard work and the generous golfers and donating organizations, our ministry has helped children for years.

Please join us Sunday April 29th at 2:00 PM for a shotgun start at the Forest Creek Country Club. Your $100 Tournament Fee is a tax-deductible donation that covers green fees, a golf cart for your four-player team, a box lunch and a hamburger buffet at the end of the tournament. Prizes will be given away throughout the day and for competitive golf feats so bring your A game.

For a $250 donation you can sponsor a hole, place your sign at the hole’s tee box, and enter one player.
